Description of the subject of the contract a. Brief description of the subject of the contract: Tests of vehicle of category M3 class I, class II and class III in line with UN and UE Regulations. b. Purpose of the contract: Development and verification of a new generation of electric intercity buses using innovative technologies. c. Detailed description of the subject of the contract: The scope of the Contract includes the performance of tests, inspections, measurements, technical assessments and compliance verification activities for M3 category vehicles and their relevant configurations, comprising a total of 32 individual subtasks as specified in the table constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Request for Quotation (Detailed scope of subtasks) The Contractor shall perform the activities in accordance with the applicable requirements of the regulations and shall provide the corresponding test reports, compliance assessments, checklists and/or other technical documentation necessary to document the results of the work. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the scope shall include all activities, equipment and resources necessary to perform the relevant assessment or test and to document its results. The Ordering Party shall provide the test vehicles, vehicle documentation and technical data identified as necessary for the respective activity.
