Telemark Innkjøpssamarbeid (TIS) intends to establish a dynamic procurement scheme for the procurement and leasing of new and used passenger cars and goods vans under 3.5 tonnes as well as minibuses with up to 17 seats, both fossil, hybrid, electric, hydrogen, gas, etc. The contracting authority would like the future vehicle fleet to be considerably more climate-friendly and environmentally friendly and therefore focus on purchasing and leasing vehicles that are fossil free as long as such vehicles fulfil decisive transport needs.
