This includes both passenger cars and goods vans. All new vehicles shall as a main rule be zero emission vehicles, but due to stand-by considerations, fossil cars can in some cases be needed. In this stage of the process, interested suppliers can apply to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchasing system. New potential suppliers can continually apply for qualification for admission in the scheme.
