Procedura Tytuł : Systemtrennwände, GCT, Incubator VE 3039.02 Opis : Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin schreibt im Namen der Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT) den Neubau des Berliner Zentrums für Gen- und Zelltherapie aus. Mit dem o.g. Projekt entsteht am südlichsten Teil des bestehenden Bayer Campus (Sellerstraße) ein moderner Neubau mit Labor- und Büroflächen sowie GMP-Flächen für insgesamt ca. 720 Mitarbeiter. Das Gesamtgebäude besteht aus vier Nutzungsbereichen: IQ Spaces Expansion, Co-Lab, Inkubator und GMP Anlage. Dabei bilden der Inkubatorbereich und die GMP-Produktionsanlage das Translationszentrum. Die im Inkubator-Bereich flexibel nutzbaren Labor- und Büroflächen werden vorwiegend von Unternehmensgründern (Start-Ups) genutzt werden, die insbesondere im Feld der Forschung und Entwicklung von Zell- und Gentherapien angesiedelt sind.
