Le présent appel d’offres vise à construire une infrastructure numérique robuste, interopérable et évolutive pour les « Bibliothèques virtuelles Humanistes ». Le découpage en trois lots permet de confier chaque périmètre à des prestataires spécialisés tout en maintenant une architecture d'ensemble cohérente, fondée sur des standards ouverts et des composants maintenables par l’équipe projet.
